Has anybody told you today that YOU are awesome?
No, then let me be the first “YOU ARE AWESOME”.
The second person to tell you, should be YOU, in some instances you will be the first, think high five in the mirror when you wake up in the morning, reminding yourself that you are perfect, just as you are!
GO take a look in the mirror. All too often it is easy for us to comment on what we don’t like, on how our body looks. My hairs not right, my bums too big, what was I thinking, am I really wearing this today! We are hands down easily our harshest critic.
I often think would I be so mean to someone else, and speak to them the way I speak to myself, the answer of course is NO WAY.
So take a big deep breathe, look into the mirror, and repeat these words
“ I AM AWESOME”
Keep going, repeat it over and over, and then some more with feeling, the affirming of yourself will be the thing that supports you to truly be the awesome you, that you came here to be. Nothing can hold you back, because you deserve it all, because indeed, You are Awesome!
